Description

Meet Felicia, the chaotic owl mage! She can't control her magic completely, but she's eager to show off her tricks!

Felicia's moveset is built around her random spells, which you can select with Neutral Special (press one of the 4 directions, or B for the middle spell). Each of these spells have unique properties, varying from pure damage to utility or movement, and they will fill up your magic meter. Be careful not to overload Felicia with too many spells in a row, she is still learning and can't handle too much magic.

Felicia's Strong attacks are infused with elemental power. The icon on the right of the HUD shows you what element will be used in your next Strong. Forward air can be held for recovery, but it will fill your magic meter.

I have plans for future updates, but I will be taking a break first, because making her took a lot out of me. Stay tuned, and be patient. :)

I have some things I want to add/change for Felicia, such as character support, a new Dstrong, and more. But currently I'm less active with workshop. I will probably add these things at some point though.

i Think this character is really fun. my only real problems are how down special feels really useless compared to everything else. side special is hard to use. im sure there is something special but i think it would be nice if it were shown more because now it just feels like a weird zoning tool of some sort. another thing is i feel like the aerials are a bit To good. they all serve like 2 purposes and the ssere them really good. things i don't think are flaws but you should take note of. she plays like a rushdown zoner, shes has like the fastest movement for someone with slowish ground speed. all aerials kill really early and overcharged is really good in some scenarios.

It was originally a placeholder option because there were some problems with using certain spells in the air. You can use it as a movement option (on-stage), but it will probably get reworked at some point.

while im on this topic, what's midair neutral special supposed to be used for? if i use it offstage i kinda just die.

Yeah I'm not sure what I want to do with Dstrong. It was supposed to be used as a setup move (hitting your opponent into it with another move), but it doesn't seem to work as well as I hoped.
I also have some other things I want to change or polish, but currently I'm on a break from the game. When I get back into workshop modding (sooner or later) I can take a look at it.

i love this character, she's fun, animations are smooth, and adorable. my only complaint is with down strong. why does it come from the top of the screen, and so slowly?

My plan for now is to do small incremental patches, I'll try to get to that Ustrong bug soon. In the meantime I'll also be thinking about stuff like the frame data of her spells and some other stuff.
