I stoped mod'ing around when I was getting overly ambitious trying to get more custom kaboom looking spells when my computer couldn't really handle it and figured it wasn’t wise to continue down that path. Furthermore, I'm not sure where I put my notes of what I thought was missing from the char. It'd be hard to pick up where I left off at this point.
Most of what I sought after I managed to complete so I can feel good about that.
On that note, in game the class is called Patient X while within the GUTS editor I called the class originally patient zero - so one of the data class files most likely should contain
Hum_Patient_Zero_M
Patient X

Hum_Patient_Zero_F

"I believe" but that's all a guess. Who knows what it's suppost to be >.>. I'd have to see an example of another mod'ed character.
It's possible a config file could be made that ignore the issues (a few not listed), and the editor would be limited by you the user knowing the correct inputs (ex: not entering values over skill caps), but I'm unsure if it would work and that config file would take a while to set up. I really don't want to invest a few hours trying to get it to work when I'm fairly certain it wouldn't.
Furthermore, even if it is possible to make these config files I know my limits and I’m certain I’d goof something up and never notice what I did wrong making the effort futile. It has been like a year since I've done anything with the mod file / Guts editor. It took me like 5 min just to figure out how to load up Patient X into it >.>.
Sorry,
could be worse though right :D.
I wasn't familiar with the Rapid Respec program so I checked it out >.<. My best guess is that my patient x mod alters the user interface in game so much that isn't recognized by Rapid R tool. For instance my Patient X characters have 4 skill tabs not 3 and those skills were massively edited.
With that said, I think I used the mod called SynergiesMod for respec'ing skills (by purchasing a potion). Other mods are out there for attribute stat points (again by purchasing a potion). Unfortunately I’m unaware of any mod to modify the aesthetics to Patient X mod characters, but I haven't exactly looked either.
@Isuebin Bummer to hear about the crashes. I went at great lenghs to get the mod friendly to other classes and other mods (re-wrote a metric shit ton of the original mod the best I could because the new hero class corrupted like every other hero class). It's possible I missed a thing or two along the way. :( To find the mistake it'd probably take a very long time especially being I haven't used "guts" (the mod program) in like a year.
