Founder of the Republic - Updated

Description
This mod is an unofficial update for Founder of the Republic - Any Rank by yclept. It adds a decision to all Dukes and above players that allows for the conversion from Feudal to Merchant Republic, this has some moderate requirements.

Fixes:
- Confucian Bureaucracy is no longer removed from the game with this mod enabled.
- Hospitals are no longer considered 'wrong holding type' for Merchant Republics.

Bearing in mind the original hasn't been updated since 1.4, leave a comment below if you find any other issues. I will not be working on compatibility with other mods.

Unfortunately, I don't think it does. I don't play CK2 much anymore so I'm unlikely to look into it myself meaning the only likelihood of this being fixed is someone sending me the method or making their own Updated (in which Id take this down for them). Very Sorry!

@Ego_Crazy Any Duke or Above can do it, this is the any rank version that I've updated and I simply used Sardinia as a screenshot example. Even non-christians iirc, although your mileage may vary with them.

@theirishturtle Yes, but the republic remains Patriarchal and only sons can inherit. Keep in mind this was made before RNW made women-led republics possible so I'd have to do some messing about to get that to work.
