Hyper_Hardcore Main Menu (Update 1.2)

Description
The main menu for hyper_hardcore during the 1.2 update.
As of right now I have no answer for the particles that move to the center but once I find out how to fix it this background will be updated. I also made the center a bit brighter since I felt it made the background better to look at.
