+3 Combat Strength bonus within 4 hexes of friendly territory.
+1 Diplomatic Favor per turn for every Economic slot in their government.
Receives Science or Culture from Trade Routes to civilizations that are more advanced than Ethiopia Empire (+1 per 3 technologies or civics ahead).

Civilization : Ethiopia Empire(Horn of Africa)
+1 Food from Pasture.
+1 Faith from Desert.
+1 Production from Pasture on Desert Hills.
Trade Routes to foreign cities or from foreign cities provide +2 Gold to you.

Unique Units : Mehal Sefari
Unique Atomicera unit, Replace the Line Infantry.
+7 Combat Strength bonus when fighting in Hill terrain.
No Movement penalty in Hill terrain.
No need strategic resources.

Unique Building : Stele
Replaces the Monument.
+1 Culture, +2 Faith, +2 Great Prophet point.
Provides +1 Loyalty per turn in this city.
If the city already has maximum Loyalty, also provides an additional +1 Culture.

Note
If you have introduced the Ethiopia Civilization pack, Menelik II on the DLC side will be invalidated.
