Salvatore Sincere was a stereotypical Italian character played by Tom Brandi during the WWF New Generation.

Sincere claimed that he loved everyone, but then would wrestle like a heel and use underhanded tactics to try and win. He often served as jobber to the stars under the Sincere gimmick.
