The All Dark Ballast

This mod darkens the ballast colour for ALL vanilla tracks, including high speed and all the mods that use the vanilla track ballast.

If you prefer that this dark colour is only applied on the vanilla standard speed tracks, and not on the high speed or other tracks, then use this alternative mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2176282295

@Exeed, my thoughts also. That's why I already dimmed the brightness in my personal version of the mod. I'll add it in this mod as well.

thank you for the mod the ballasts for the high speed lines hurt the eyes too bright
