WARLORDS Takistan [With Civilian population]

Description
Warlords game mode for the Takistan map.

I tried to make it as balanced as possible with 3 major positions to hold that give the controlling team an oppertunity to capture a "Bonus" sector or two.

I included ZEUS for the logged in admin in case things go haywire.

Have not fully playtested it so if there are any glaring issues then leave some feedback.

V2 includes Civilian population with the help of the mods ALiVE and Spyder Addons
