Just use the Tourettes Guy's Dad VOX! Packed with all the curses you need! (Hopefully)

Now go on, yell and curse about how much you hate Danny!

HOW TO USE:
Open the Player Model selector, go to Settings, and you should see VOX. click that, find "player/tgfather", and click "Assign VOX pack to current PlayerModel".

If you'd like to disable certain sound events (spawning, falling, low health), open console (normally the tilde (`) key), and type "tfa_vox_vgui_open". From there, you can select what sound events you'd like to be enabled by clicking the checkmark or the X!

But the responses are meant to be belligerent and hostile when you target someone, as if you were meaning to yell at them. You could always press the bind that triggers that voiceline when you look at someone, because there is a manual bind for that line in the VOX wheel.

I don't know how to model but I guess I could do Jared, Shirlena, and the janitor as VOXes at some point.
