Fewer Normal Ages

Description
Narrows the interval of Era Score that results in Normal Age. It raises the threshold to get out of Dark Age and lowers the threshold to get to Golden Age by equal amounts. This results in a narrow interval of Era Score that results in Normal Age which is about 30% the size of the usual interval, so Normal Ages happen less frequently but are not completely eliminated.

@Generic White Guy, you can delete or comment (with two hyphens like the ones below) the second line of the file "Fewer Normal Ages.sql"

what would i have to edit to keep the golden age threshold the same?
