Description
The Insurgent is Takeda's line of utilitarian off-road focused light trucks and SUVs. They generally come with diesel engines, and are always 4x4. They are popular in countries such as Australia, and are very common throughout Africa and the Middle East.
This model is upfitted with a Soviet 23mm ZU-23-2 anti-aricraft autocannon. It is a heavy gun usually towed by trucks, but is mounted this way for greater mobility. This setup has been used in many middle eastern conflicts.
Rate of fire is around 350-450 RPM of AP shells, it will decimate most targets.

even if you are, these arent vehicles made only by terrorists, they are made by militaries or militias too small to afford expensive equipment, so they are forced to create their own vehicles
