Description
About:
As indirectly requested[redd.it], this mod attempts to disable nukes during CTW gameplay without impacting normal, non-CTW gameplay. The best way I could find to do this was to copy (a very slightly modified) no_nukes script into every .bhs scenario runtime script for the standard CTW campaign.

Notes:
- Missile Silos and conventional missiles (V2 Rockets / Cruise MIssiles) can still be built.
- Nuclear Missiles and ICBMs should still be able to be built outside of the CTW campaign because only CTW campaign files are modified - the .xml files usually used to edit units and techs haven't been touched.

How to use:
1) Subscribe to the mod.
2) Ensure that the mod is loaded and enabled in the Rise of Nations mod manager (accessible via Tools & Extras -> Steam Workshop).
3) All scenarios in the standard CTW campaign should now have nukes disabled. A few scenarios in other campaigns will also have nukes disabled as a side effect, but this should be of no consequence because you can't build nukes in any other CTW campaign anyway (excluding the Cold War "map nukes" which this mod doesn't affect). Simply disable the mod via the mod manager to re-enable nukes in the CTW campaign.

Compatibility:
The files of this mod can be divided into categories of functional and cosmetic.

These files are functional and other mods changing these files will cause nukes to not be disabled for scenarios relying on these files:
- battleruntime.bhs
- battleruntime1.bhs
- conquestruntime.bhs
- defruntime0.bhs
- defruntime1.bhs
- nomadruntime.bhs
- offruntime0.bhs
- offruntime1.bhs
- offruntime5.bhs
- offruntime7.bhs
- pillageruntime.bhs

Please note that dipruntime.bhs hasn't been modified since it's not a scenario runtime - other mods should be able to modify that file without interfering with this mod.

Any custom or modded CTW campaigns that use additional unique scenario runtimes will have nukes not disabled on scenarios relying on those custom runtimes.

These files are cosmetic only (e.g. adding a "nukes disabled" message to certain screens) and other mods can overwrite these files without affecting the core functionality of the mod:
- CTW_World_Map_01.xml
- CTW_Loading_Background_01.tga
- CTW_mapselect_03.tga

Additionally, RoN seems to add this file to the mod files when you use it. I don't know why or even how, so I'm not sure what would happen if it conflicted with another mod:
- conquestruntime.xml

This mod is functionally compatible with either CTW Longer Ages or Germany Can't Teleport Into France (not both), as the file conflict is cosmetic-only - just make sure that the other mod has HIGHER loading priority than this mod.

Being able to disable nukes in the CTW Entire World campaign is just what I've been looking for. I've now completed this campaign with your mod installed and works great, thanks!
