Description
Luminous's Chatprint E2 Core

ChatPrint adds a Queue system to prevent players from spamming chat print. adding prints to a queue system.
Also limits the max chars per message.

This addon replaces the other known Wiremod E2 Chatprint functions.
this addon fixes the exploit where players can kick others using chat print.

Note: do not use this addon with any other chat print addon or there will be overlapping features.

Console Varibles:

lumi_chatprint_admin
Toggles if the ChatPrint e2 module is admin-only.

lumi_chatprint_messagelength
The maximum length of a message.

lumi_chatpring_executiondelay
Queue delay between each message.
