Fit a control panel and a reactor, and 3 beacons to each objective. Label the beacons as Neutral, Red, and Blue (with a suffix to identify which objective it is)
The red and blue beacons start turned off, and the neutral beacon starts turned on.
To capture an objective a player would then access the control panel, turn off the neutral beacon and turn on the beacon for their colour.
Not only does this make it easier to tell which objectives are captured, but it should theoreticaly enable the match to be played in survival mode. (this might of course require some minor tweaks like med bays.)
