Description
Small map in an old oprhanage.
Contains mild spoops. Some are random, you might see them all straight away or you might not see them at all.

F for flashlight, hopefully you won't need it much.

Requires both HoH and Vulcan DLCs.

ah yeah that could have been it. Thought it'd have something to do with the graffiti in that spot.

A long while later, I found out what was going on in my game. You know the acid vials? I THINK they were leaving marks on the walls that I needed to use the welder on. The walls kind of made them very hard to see unless I pulsed the welder in the rough spot where graffiti was.

I eventually gave up and deleted the saves on the map that I had. I liked the map overall though, VCD weirdness aside.

could be outside mess bug, or possibly some left over from the graffiti . if there was one there.
