Add two new cybernectics.

Autonomous Biorobotic Arms

You gain an additional pair of Biorobotic arms.
Each arm has 75% chance to deliver offhand strike.
You cannot wear equipment on your back.
Slots: Back Cost 4

Reaction Control Unit

+10% offhand strike chance. (Stacks)
Apply to both robotic and organic arms.
Slots: Arm Cost 2

I'm getting an error and can't load this. I know it's been years but is there any chance of an update? this is EXACTLY what I've wanted in a mod.

As of 10/26/2020, crashes on selection as a starting cybernetic.
