No Limits N. Designer (unmodified personality amount)

Description
Updated to 1.31.x.

Just another version of "No Limits Nation Designer". Difference is that this mod doesn't change amount of personalities rulers can have. Addionally this mod supports up to 50 level ideas.

Normal version of this mod;
-You can pick your own personalities(up to 5) in the Nation Designer
-Each ruler can have up to 5 personalities in gameplay even if they are not custom nation.

@Guiio as soon as i can i will modify the main mod and create 50lvl version of it.

For me to have lvl 50 ideas, I need this mod? But then I can´t have rulers with changed personality amount?
