Empire part 2: high rise

You play as Michael, an enforcer for a newly-installed regime within the US.
Your wife was killed during the takeover.
After taking down a gang controlled sewer, you were promoted to an immediate response force in your local precinct.
But something's off. You've been getting weird looks from your fellow enforcers and overhearing
cryptic conversations. You're worried your past might finally be catching up to you.
To add your growing list of problems, you've just been assigned a dangerous raid on a gunrunner controlled high-rise.
