'Steve' Stabilized version (modification by astronomicpopcorn)

Description
Astronomicpopcorn modified my boat, steve, on a live stream. He fitted it with a nice compact stableizer so your player won't feel the immense waves and rocking of the boat as heavily. This is a test version of 'Steve'

Yeah, I was really confused as to how this got to the top, especially since this isn't the original steve, the original steve had a better thumbnail, and description. (It was also made by me) So I have no idea why the less polished version on the workshop made it so high.
