A complete and general / evil dictator / army / military hat, for those who do not want to use the individual parts I have published separately. You can colour the hat yourself as it is white, but if you want a different coloured peak, you need to download the individual hat parts rather than the complete hat.

If you want to make M. Bison (aka Vega in Japan) I suggest you dowload the separate hat parts, which you can colour individually, from my workshop. (eg red hat with black peak)
