This Absolutely requires "Plastered Wall Network" because it's a network.

Other requirements that are not going to prevent it loading are:

Wild Small Bushes
Weeds 1
Weeds 2
Weeds 3
Wild Flowers Cluster
Wild Weeds Cluster

None of these are really essential. You can plop your own plants if you don't want these.

The Absolutely requires "Plastered Wall Network"

If you watch Loading Screen Mod running as the game loads you see this pop up when the hang out area fails to load, but it doesn't seem to show up on the LSM reports.

I like this, and I've put it in the centre of my amusement park. However, I get a "amusement park hang out area" failed warning, but apart form the plants in the corners not showing up for me, it works fine.

I like these assets a lot. I've made things similar in game, but find it tedious. I wish there were more premade plazas for carnival games/rides/etc. I find making paths for placing these things tedious and would prefer more prefab modular pieces like yours.

Hey guys I'm building an amusement park in my world and I'm making a few buildings i want in my park. Let me know if I should continue making more assets!
