[REC] Corsair class fighter

Whilst not previously making any small grid ships that are primarily hydrogen powered the REC decided to give it a try. This led to the creation of the Corsair class fighter. Despite having better acceleration and speed than the Lightning and Cobra class fighters it isn't meant to serve as a replacement. This is because both the Cobra and Lightning have better range, due to the fact that they don't need (hydrogen) fuel to move. Many people in REC high command as well as TFK high command see this as a counterpart to the Alto interceptor fielded by LKF, despite them having many differences.
