SLOW LEVELING!

Description
Are you also playing this game for hundreds of hours? Are you also love to promote your doctors? Wait? 200 Specialists? Well... That's a fast career ledger. Do you want to see your staff evolve slowly and a bit more realistic? Here you go SLOW LEVELING! It decreased the leveling drastically, so it will take a while until your fresh intern will become a world-known specialist. But he or she sure will be.


This is my first mod, which I've decided to upload. I'm currently working on a lot of cool ideas, but they're not ready to publish - but thanks to this amazing and kind modder community, a lot of nice stuff is in the pipeline!


DISCLAIMER: This mod modifies the Tweakables.xml, after playtesting for a while I didn't find any problems with other mods. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO USE THIS MOD WITH THE DOCTORS MODE DLC CAMPAIGN BECAUSE IT INCREASE THE PLAYTIME DRASTICALLY! Let me know if you have or find any problems.

My level bar for intern has been full for some time. Has anything changed or do I just need to wait. can I turn it off, level and turn it back on.

took me like 30 days to complete doctor dlc insurance because my intern wouldn't level up fast lmao

Hi @Gamebroker , that isn’t currently possible as of now. Modding is now only available for new departments, diagnoses, new insurance and tweakables. The game still doesn’t allow us to make UI or animation changes

Hey Andy. I have another mod suggestion. Is it possible to enable one to scroll down in the insurance tab, as viewing all insurance companies at once is getting difficult (especially if one continues to add insurance companies).
