So that link gives me a unity3d? And I'm going on a limb and assuming youre putting it through some type of file-deconstructor, and I don't ...support that in the sense I don't know what to tell you when it doesn't work if that makes any sense.

The Cave tile is just one object, yes, its technically made of smaller pieces but set up as one GameObject so we can get it into the game easier when streaming, but if you really want I can update the file page to have the unity asset bundle.

Ilum Caves Dungeon Asset seems to only have part of the caves. Is that correct?
