Make a device that has pop cap of 2 but is very expensive but can reach everywhere but repairs slower too

That's a cool mod.

However i noticed two small things :

-the effects of the repair station 2 are broken because the path used is incorrect ("effects/" instead of "mods/repair_station/effects/"). The effects are in the repair station mods, not in the base game.

-Your script doesn't check if the repair station belongs to the team of the destroyed structure. As a consequence your repair station 2 can repair your opponent base if it's close enough (4VS4 carnage for exemple) which is funny.
This doesn't work on neutral structure because they don't have the ressources to rebuild.
