This is the command variant of the Annulatorus Heavy Cruiser, it's shorter and has less fuel and guns, but much more agile and has more functionalities, also upgraded / changed interior

(There was a problem uploading the version shown in the video (PR_2) so I made and released a version with the backward thrusters disabling added to the flight seat hotkeys (PR_3))

I was going to release the 9.3K PCU Battlecruiser version (further reduced to 8.8K) but then the update which would increase the PCU limit is coming out, so I decided to upgrade it to this version instead and release this one, I might release the 8.8K Battlecruiser version later though
