Critter Motion Sensor

Description
Adds a new sensor that is triggered by any critter in range. The maximum range can be configured in-game.

As this new sensor is only triggered by proximity and even through pneumatic doors, it allows for unique ranching opportunities: fully automated self sustaining Dense Puft ranches, for example.

Build stats are the same as the default duplicant sensor. Tech added to Animal Control, same as the room critter sensor.

Would it be possible to combine both sensors and to have checkboxes for dupes and critters being sensed?

@The Tempted Man - Yes it does show the range when you select it. It even updates the visuals in real-time as you configure it in the sidescreen.
