Red World Cascadia

Description
A couple of minor changes to Cascadia in Red World:
- Changes the country color from white to dark green.
- After the war ends, moves the capital from somewhere in Okanogan County to Seattle.

Possible future features:
- A reworked focus tree, including:
- A larger economic section
- Stuff to do before the Popular Front collapses (probably recovery from the war)
- A proper military tree, so you can crush all enemies of Cascadia!
- Custom ministers and designers

Requires Red World Fan Fork.

oh, i also have been working on a minister list for Cascadia! If you want me to share it (and if the team managers let me) i could hand it over to you, see if it inspires you. Great job dude, hope you can continue on the mod, it looks promising.
