CJ from GTA:SA Replaces Louis

Replaces Louis survivor with CJ from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Uses Ellis animations.

Replaces the following visuals:
- External-view mesh and textures.
- Lobby character image.
- In-game HUD face image.
- In-game HUD incapacitated image.

Credits:
- ZeqMacaw: addon image, hud images, lobby image, two-handed melee in hands, boomer-bile effect, re-compile, rename, re-pack
- bull04: original port to L4D2, rigging
- Rockstar North: created mesh and textures
