Tundra, a younger brother of Bi Han, original Sub-Zero should have become new grandmaster of the clan as a second Sub-Zero but in the timeline altered by Raiden his fate was different. Kuai Liang was turned into an obedient cyborg, managed to retain his free will, fought for the Earthrealm, was killed by Sindel and resurrected by Quan Chi as a Revenant but in the end he managed to return to his human form and restore Lin Kuei. His memory, however, was used by Tiborg in order to become a perfect combatant.
