Description
PinkKey Siren System

Video
Id like to thank Camodo for the video. Feel free to check it out, it shows the system working and the siren itself.

Basics
The PinkKey siren system is a setup of 11 sirens over the Sawyer Island area. These 11 alarms include 4 modes and speakers. Each siren can be activated remotely to warn or notify island inhabitants.

The PinkKey sirens:
-Located near populated areas, two are located near possible build locations. Lighthouse Frantic also includes an alarm.
-Inner foghorn for modes.
-4 Speakers for communication.
-Top red blinking light, comes on at night for aircraft.
-Climbable handles. These can be used to get to the top, however be careful as its easy to fall.

Below is the system guide which includes: Setting up the system, how to operate, and meanings of the 4 included modes.

PinkKey Siren System Guide
--------------------------

Setting up the system.
To set up the new PinkKey system, simply spawn it in using the mission panel. These sirens however will stay after the mission is canceled, so only use if you want it to stay.

Operating.
This mission pack only includes the sirens. I'm leaving this so that people can make their own stations to operate them.
Modes:
Modes can be controlled by sending toggle button signals through composite. The radio will need to be tuned to channel 1000. The modes listed in "Mode Meanings" below are in order from 1-4. Speaker system is the same, sending the microphone audio through channel 1000.
Operating suggestions:
If you make a system that has more than one way to control these towers, you will need to keep the antennas in "Receiving" mode until you're ready to use it. If more than one station is sending info, only one will be received. Same goes for audio.

Mode Meanings

Mode Name
Sound
Meaning
To-Do
Approaching Attack
Constant Horn
This mode is activated for attack categories. This can include terrorist activities, enemy invasion, possible air raid, possible raid, unknown approaching vessel or flying object.
Citizens are to take cover and seek refuge. If a bunker or possible secure location is not available: Seek refuge in houses or buildings, stay away from the shoreline and if able evacuate to Holt. (Custom instructions for evacuations can be applied here.)
Peacetime Disaster
Horn blares for 5 seconds, stops for 5 seconds.
This includes disasters such as wildfires, earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis/flooding, landslides. Other events can include: Accident including toxic chemicals, explosion or fire including toxic chemicals or substances, etc.
Civilians are to check the radio or devices for alerts. Evacuation plans can be put in place via radio, mobile devices, or other predetermined routes.
Nuclear Alert
Horn blares for 1 second, stops for 5.
This is a mode for alarms or events including the Brinkfield nuclear facility. Nearby refineries or factories can also be applied to this alarm. This alarm states that a nuclear meltdown, explosion, or leak has been detected. Fire or other events at the plant can be included. Refineries can be included in these events.
Civilians are to seek evacuation orders if it is determined that contamination or pollution levels are over the suggested limit.
Safety
2 Second blare, 2 second silence.
This signifies the end of an alarm cycle. This is ONLY if the determined threat has been eliminated and it is safe. Please use the megaphone system to alert others before and after activating this mode.
Plans to return to normal can be different depending on the disaster or alarm.

Note
This was semi inspired by watching a few videos on warning sirens. This is just a really simple system, didn't plan on releasing it but thought role-players may want it. If you dont know how to make youer own, feel free to use this one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2190440549

@Norddeutscher You have to grab and pull yourself up unlike the ladder, it takes a tad bit of practice/time.
