It's intended to allow any legacy to gain access to the contract. The chance of success is 70%, so you just must be incredibly unlocky.

is the chance to get the contract supposed to be really low, because i tested this like 100 times and i never got it. Is this meant for the dancer legacy only, to give u ur contract back in case u lose it? I was testing it on an aspirant legacy
