Makes it so that more AI Cores spawn in Ancient Tech Labs and across the world.
Allows you to build weapon safes, armour safes and secure gear storage.
Makes it so that ronin/shek armour shops also pull from the comprehensive common list of armour blueprints (basically allows sneaky chain armour blueprints to spawn in the world).
