Posted by request. This is a very minor tweak to the default Specialist.

----- Changes -----
1) Abilities at LT rank are Field Medic and Holo-Targeting (instead of Field Medic and Scanning Protocol - this means Holo Targeting can be earned by both Specialist and Grenadier now)
2) Abilities at CPT are Covering Fire and Scanning Protocol (instead of Covering Fire and Threat Assessment - this means Threat Assessment will no longer be available)

Compatible with WOTC. Does not affect existing Specialists in your campaign - it will only take affect when new Specialists are generated by the game.

Hollow targeting on sniper will break the game. Hahha
but with this mod specialists will be real help. I do not use mods much, but I have tried your mods before.
We need that shield mod, same as advent shieldbearer.

Really great idea, though if I am to be honest, I would probably have swapped out their availability, "Field Medic" and "Scanning Protocol" are good counterparts as they are both sort of "defensive" traits/abilities, just as "Covering Fire" and "Holo-Targeting" both add to your "offensive" capabilities, so pairing them like this instead would have made more sense to me. But still, like I wrote, really great idea, I don't think I have ever chosen the "Threat Assessment" on any specialist I have ever had, so this is great, thanks! :steamdance:
