This is something I messed around with in gm_bigcity_hdr. It's not the original Vice City map. I wish it was though. Back then I couldn't make a huge map from a game so I just added some props from Garry's Mod that made it look like it. It was just messing around with the props and trying to make a somewhat city with cars, props, etc.
