I'm glad its called a Gulag stone works as its where those sentience to 30 years for a low level crime work off their debt :)...high level crime...well, normally residents don't get too far into retirement so......

Subscibed but it reminds me of this story

Milton Friedman was once taken to see a massive government project somewhere in Asia. Thousands of workers using shovels were building a canal. Friedman was puzzled. Why weren’t there any excavators or any mechanized earth-moving equipment? A government official explained that using shovels created more jobs. Friedman’s response: “Then why not use spoons instead of shovels?”

I used it in my new game, might I suggest to add 1 more loading/unloading spot for trucks ? The fact that only 1 truck can be there makes it very easy to stuck your production (example you set unloading stone to 100% but the storage space for gravel fills to 100% and now you are stuck)

It is on my to do list. The default concrete plant isn't too oversized but the cement plant is complete overkill.

Nice! I love your small mods! It would be nice if you could make small concrete and asphlat making sites like this. I like starting with small villages and build everything myself from small towards big and your mods are really useful for that. I just hate ruining my small village with the huge default concrete and asphalt plants, they are overkills in both astethics and production :D
