A mod that makes changes to the Gaelic culture group.

Changes:
- Renamed "Gaelic" culture group to "Celtic"
- Renamed "Highlander" culture to "Gaelic"
- Added Manx culture
- Mann province is now Manx in 1444
- Moved Cornish, Breton and Welsh into Celtic group

For my personal use (you can remove these yourself if desired:)
- Added the possibility for Manx nations to spawn Anglican
- Gave Mann the English mission tree
- Gave Manx nations the ability to form England/GBR, and then go back to being Mann
