Who sold that prized baseball you have to risk your life for? Who took that incriminating photo without anyone noticing? Who taught property owners to always write their safe combination down? Who copied that hard drive, and who ripped out that circuit board you have to dodge an army of bloodthirsty goons to get to?

Who was the doofus that said you absolutely could not get on that elevator until you blew up those slime barrels?

Collaborators may work with the Mayor's office or with the Resistance for personal gain, political capital, or cold hard cash. Sometimes they can get a little mixed up though since they continually switch and snitch on either side.

Who knows? Maybe a Collaborator will get so confused it will lead to a shot at the Mayor's spot?
