More Realistic Decorations [B128/129]

Description
This mod substantially increases the experience required to receive the Iron Cross and other in-game decorations.

Save-game compatible. Compatible with B128 and B129. Should be compatible with U-boat Expanded, Living U-boat, and any other mods that don't modify the decorations.

The goal of the "More Realistic" mod series is to add more realism and difficulty to the game. If you like this mod, feel free to try these others:

@NikoB - yes, coward could be disabled (similar to my "No More Heart Attacks" mod linked above).

@AncientDresden , is it possible to turn coward / pyschological breaking point. I find it to be rather unrealistic as reports of these types of incidents are less common than the game may have you believe.

Updated for B128. The experience required for Iron Cross 1st Class has been increased slightly from 60 to 80.

eine frage kannst du mal erklären wie die verteilung der Orden geregelt ist kriegt man die nach einer bestimmt Zahl an Feindfahrten oder nach besondere leistung
