Okay, here's the list of mods I made for you, but there is a mod which is on nexus, so i put a link to that later on. Hope you enjoy them.
ALIENS
adds a cave in skyrim which instead of the normal enemies, it’s filled with, wait for it……. XENOMORPHS!! And other things like facehuggers and alien eggs you can loot for cool stuff, but watch out for the QUEEN.

Town Portal Spells + Merchants BASE GAME
adds spells for each town and city that teleport you there instantly, the merchants in each city have the spell, and here’s the good part, it’s also for FOLLOWERS! You’ll never lose any of the base game’s followers with this mod. All you have to do is look in their inventory and you’ll find a spell that’s “teleport to [insert follower name here]. The only problem is, it’s only for base game followers, but the mod I have next will fix that. Make sure to look in every one of you follower’s inventory for a teleport spell.

Sheogorath Shout - Call of Madness!
The Call of Madness packs three wacky powers into one shout, which you can get from the word wall behind Sheogorath after you complete “the mind of madness” quest:
The First Word : the Wabbajack Shout. Your very breath becomes the essence of insanity, unleashing the powers of the elements on enemies, bending them to your will, and turning them into creatures, gold, or sweetrolls!
The Second Word summons Sheogorath to fight on your side. He can use his own Wabbajack, a cheese-throwing spell, three different shouts, and a conjuration spell which will summon one of 15 colorful minions (he listed them, but I want it to be a surprise, plus I’m running out of room)
Remember how you wanted to kill people by summoning tons of cheese? Well, NOW YOU CAN WITH:
All Three Words: the Cheese Storm Call, which rains delicious, cheesy death upon your foes from the heavens
Want a more precise way to kill with tons of cheese? Here’s another cheese death option:
Be sure to check the bottom room at the end of the Pelagius Wing, where you can find Sheogorath's Fun Chest of Fun, which makes some of the weapons and spells used by the NPC's in this mod available to the player, along with some new armor! All items can be tempered, provided you have the Arcane Blacksmith perk.
- Cheese Torrent spell – double handed spell makes you shoot a torrent of cheese wheels at people that do about 50 damage
- Cheese Throwing spell – does what it sounds like, one handed spell that throws a cheese wheel at people for 50 something damage
Plus:
- Sheogorath's Razor, which has a chance to cast Wabbajack on enemies it hits
- Breadlord Battleaxe, Bow and Sword, which cause enemies to explode into liquor when killed
- Wagon Priest Staff, which fires flaming (HA!) wagons that knock enemies back
- Food Flinger spell – shoots pie at people (preferably cream)
- Vamspider Cloak Spell - drain life from nearby enemies
- Mad God Armor: Light armor with Dragonscale stats. Gives bonuses to conjuration, destruction, shout cooldown, and magic resistance.
- Mad God Boots: also light, with Dragonscale stats. Increases carrying capacity and allows the wearer to walk on water!
- The Wabbajack, with new effects!
The staff can also now be given to and used by followers.
All other effects will be a surprise. (or you can look them up in the mod’s description)

Daedric Punishment for Insults Related to Sweetrolls
The Dragonborn grows tired of insolent guards snidely insinuating that he or she is unable to keep track of his or her sweetrolls. Henceforth, such behaviour shall not go unpunished! (turns the guard that made the comment into a sweetroll)
Remember you said you heard of a bullet time mod for skyrim and wanted to try it? Well, here it is:

Master The Space-Time Continuum
Slows time down, and you’re able to walk at normal speed, just don’t try to use any other spell besides this when in bullet time or author isn’t responsible for the damage done to your computer.
And remember whenb you said you you wished there was a way to play instruments? WISH NO MORE! :

Become a Bard

This mod lets you play all of the instrumental and voiced songs included with the game or choose from over 125 new songs added by this mod. You can pick up and play any instrument in the game, including the war horns. Whenever you have an instrument in your inventory, you will have a related ability in your spell menu that lets you play the instrument.
You can purchase instruments and songbooks from Viarmo at the Bards College in Solitude.
To play a song, equip a musical ability in your spell menu. Press Z to use the ability, just like you would with a shout.
You can add your own songs and play them in-game. See instructions below.
Each time you perform, your Bard Skill will increase.
Your follower will play along with you to any song with two parts. (You can tell by ear if a song should have two musicians.)
NPCs around you will react.
You can go up to any innkeeper and tell them you would like to perform. The tips will be minimal (10-25 gold without perks), but it should be enough for a meal, and you also get a free room for the night.
Once you earn one of the bard perks (see below), you can request to perform for a jarl. Jarls do not pay money, but if they like your performance there is a chance they will give you a gift (random enchanted item).
If you complete the Bards College quest line, your Bard Skill is high enough (50 or higher), and you have earned one of the bard perks described below, Viarmo may have additional work for you.
The volume of your songs is adjustable in the normal Skyrim options menu under Audio. Adjust the very last slider, Player Songs.
Once you start playing, you can stop playing at any time by pressing the "Z" key again. With the 5 default bards songs, such as Ragnar the Red, etc., you will have to wait until the current verse finishes. Also, if you stop before the end of a song, you won't get the skill increase.
As you perform in taverns, you can earn the following Perks:
Experienced Bard: Earned by performing in taverns at least 15 times. Pay from performing at taverns increases (2X base).
Well-Known Bard: Earned by being an Experienced Bard and performing in at least 10 different taverns. Pay from performing at taverns increases (4X base). Replaces Experienced Bard.
Renowned Bard: Earned by being a Well-Known Bard and having Bard Skill of at least 100. Pay from performing at taverns increases (8X base). Replaces Well-Known Bard.

Dragonfire Crossbow
Improvable if you have the dragon smithing perk. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION IN PICTURE!

The REAL Fus Ro Dah -Unrelenting Force Shout from Trailer
exactly what it sounds like, it makes unrelenting force sound way more epic, or in the words of the creator:
This mod replaces that boring old "Fus....roDah!" of the Unrelenting Force shout with the epic shout from the Skyrim Trailer! Both versions of the shout apply to males and females of all races, while females have their own special version for each shout.
