i used byterails ragdoll mod from fistful of frags I TAKE NO CREDIT https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=879391072 anyway the smart person i was i used another https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=895424997 byterails ragdoll mod. so some citizens are that But it is an active ragdoll considers it moves in mid air!
