You can click on it to stop/start the music.

This is an example to show off the new audio modding features!

sort of, yes.
you can replace the audio file inside the mods folder (but make sure the name stays the same) or preferably duplicate the mod and replace the audio file in-game.
(this is done in the modding menu)
