!Civics Variety Pack/Ethical Gestalts sanity patch

Description
Sanity patch between Governments Variety Pack and any mods that let gestalt consciousnesses have multiple ethics. Intended for use with Ethical Gestalts but should work just as well with Gestalts can be Anything. Should work equally well with Vanilla and Ethics and Civics Alternate ethics system since the differences didn't really relate to any GVP Gestalt civics. Overrides nothing but one file in GVP and so should be compatible with pretty much everything GVP is.

Does this work with the Ethical Gestalts BETA Ethics and Civics alternative version of Ethical Gestalts BETA?
