Description
The Plasma Rifle from Halo CE is now in starbound.Tried to get the same rate of fire and with no armor it does its almost original 17-7 damage per shot. The blue and prurple parts do glow but dont light up your area.all audio assets used are owned and made by 343/bungie/microsoft etc.

you can craft it at the Replicator and the ingredients are:
