Description
PMW proudly presents the new Teisatsu Shuttle. She is intended as a cheap to operate shuttle CV to scout planets without having to switch to an SV. No food production.. but she does carry an advanced constructor, repair station and a med station. A small hangar allows to bring a miner or small HV along and SVs can be carried on the roof.
Easy access at bottom, top and back of the vessel. 160.000 units storage, warp capable, automated defences and standby mode. A pilot HUD (able to toggle) and PMWs interactive dashboard are installed along with the usual PMW comforts. All located on the right side of the P-menu.
An O2 dispenser, toilet and shower facilty, food processor and a fridge, extra storage box, a place to rest your head and a passenger seat all make this early game explorer having everything aboard you could need. It is suitable for coop play too. Protection is modest, but she is not intended as a fighter, she can defend her self easily whilst you are busy conquering a POI or mining them nice ores under her.
The compact outsides do come at a cost.. there is a hot spot just above the hangar, and the warp core's radiation is a thing to watch for too, but nothing a quick shower wont fix! On the screenshots the MiningMate-78x is parked in the hangar, but the Sukoshidoriru miner fits too (both are updated to A12/V1). The shutter doors won't block docked vessels, so as long as it's not too wide or high.. you can let HVs stick out the back a bit and still be air tight!
On higher levels you can fit some mounted weapons on the spot of the antennas, All logo/brand LCDs are on top of the wings, the front logos are the only ones on the bottom. Tail logo LCDs are mirrored, you might want to turn them 180 degrees if you are using a non-symmetric logo. The origins for this design rests in alpha 5 (the now obsolete P78 blue CV), when PMW refuted to use warp sleds.
The Teisatsu has a massive wingspan that allows for optimal lift.. you can hit i to change the flight mode you can keep her up in the air just on the back thrusters.. if you operate her like that she even works unmodded in Reforged Eden.. but generator power is barely enough, removing the bed, toilet or clearing the little hall way will give more space for a T2, bigger generator, bigger back thrusters and maybe a drill turret to mine asteroids? She is ideal for scouting!

PMW wishes you good luck on your explorations in your new Teisatsu (to scout in Japanese) !

glad you like her greg! yes, she has some thrust to her so you can take of with some cargo in her belly, but very nice to hear she even works well in higher Gs too!
I figuered for a bit of defence you dont need a lot of ammo and CPU points were tight ;)
I havent actually tried it out, will take a look, thanks for your suggestion!

Maybe should change the ammo box for a ammo controller so that you don't need to keep reloading the weapons, plus the ship can fly on a lava planet. Nice looking ship.

This is a really great first CV so you can save up for a bigger one later on. I like the styling too!

Does AAF stand for "Awesome AS F#%K" ? Great build! Economical as well as stylish with a dose of practicality. I like it. Liked, subbed, and fav'd!

the one from Indigo Synn's LCD set that I used as the hud needed a little tweaking
centered it and aligned it, changed a few symbols, added some symbols
or do you mean something else? I have no issues with the LCDs, other than they could use a few little fixes alignment wise :)
