Improved PayDay2 Cloak NPC

Description
Author Notes - Second version of the PayDay2 Cloak NPC. Uses Garrysmod Official 2020 Update A.I. Reason it is called improved is because it no longer t-poses for no reason and uses a more improved A.I thanks to face punch studios. VJBase may be implemented later on down the line but for now im more worried about model changing and bug fixing. If you notice the thanos npc i made disappeared that is because i stopped support for it and im remaking an improved version for that too

Addon includes -
Cloak Npc (friendly)
