i'm black, then i'm white--no, something isn't right

===== Model Introduction and Origin =====
I found these weird books. This dark one with the blue gem's full of depressing stories, but seems like whoever wrote the light one had a grudge against the author of the dark one, as it contradicts everything it says.

===== Model Details Summary =====
These books feel important though. And like a lot of eyes have lain upon them. Even under threat of thrown white rectangles. With buttons. If you don't wanna be brought done, I'd recommend NOT reading the dark tome.

Model features included:
- There're two books. But they look so similar there might as well just be one.
Seems simple enough of an idea to grasp.

If the authors of these things were around, I'd imagine they'd want to know if there's an error in their publications. Could write them a detailed letter about it, even.

Eyyyyyyyyyy it worked! :D I managed to get the fixed page textures for the closed book model! Thanks a bundle man, that was actually driving me NUTS. e.e; But I'm glad I got it working, now my project can resume.

Hmm. Yeah, that's better, I can actually see it now.
But also, that's wrong and shouldn't be happening--I updated the book model to not use the 'everymanual' texture anymore; I don't know how you got it to give you an outdated version.

Hm. Okay. Last checks here, for sanity:
1) Are you sure you're getting the download from that dA post? The download button is an icon of a down-pointing arrow over a flat line found under the bottom-right corner of the preview image. That's the only "canon" place to get the download, if you get it from anywhere else it wasn't my upload.
2) Completely delete the last instance of the download you got before downloading it again; gonna try to flush the old version out of the system. Make sure that the prognosticus.mdl file was last modified in August 21st 2020.

If neither of these fix the situation, report back.
