@Dylan Huh, weird... The DW is unlocked right away, you should be able to access it. I tried it on a friends computer and it showed up immediately, so I am not sure what the problem might be... It's not like you can miss the icon anyway (look forward to that lol)

I can't find the death wish for this at all on the map. I can't tell if that's a good thing or not.
