Description
Tracy Smothers signed with the WWF in 1996 and wrestled there as Freddie Joe Floyd until 1998. The name was meant to be a rib on the Brisco Brothers, and Floyd was announced as hailing from the Brisco's hometown of Bowlegs, Oklahoma.

Flod served as a jobber in the WWF, but notably defeated Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw in Bradshaw's debut match.
