Addition of a Valkyrie with Pylons.

Requires There is only War by E_50_Panzer:

All models and original work belong to E_50_Panzer i have only edited the Config file to suite our purpose.

This is very nice, however I got feedback from others saying that the movement was weird, and that hydras weren't shooting it.

Needs a server key
